Shipping Policy

Customer can avail free shipping
The parcel will be sent though a Govt Registered courier company.
Customers are supposed to pay before receiving the parcel due to security concerns.
Customer are advised not to accept any opened/damaged parcels and simply reject it at the time of delivery.
Orders placed by 04:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped same day via Registered Courier Service & we will provide you tracking ID which will enable you to trace your order online.
Orders received after 04:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
Orders received on Sunday and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
Delivery time is usually 2-3 working days (No Delivery on Sunday) in all cities across Pakistan. However, delivery can take up to 5-7 days if in remote location or village.
During Sale days or promotions your orders may face a delay, but we will inform you if that happens.
